    There should be zero tolerance for ANY human being to be going without water!!! What is wrong with you representatives NOT helping your state and finding solutions? This is grave and should be dealt with NOW! What’s happening is absolutely unacceptable and people that are just taking should be prosecuted immediately. This is devastating.
