Lakes going down, aquifers dropping, Texas is running out of water. And yet, AI data centers, billionaires, and other Wall Street oligarchs are coming to mess with Texas’ water. We need a Texas Agriculture Commissioner who keeps Texas water for Texans, not for Wall Street profits.

    AI on its own needs better regulation, both resource and copyright wise due to its affects on the environment AND the content it blatantly steals from real life authors, artists and so on.


    Here in Kerrville, we have already been under stage 3-4 drought conservation efforts, and from what I hear this whole area struggles to supply enough water for the population at times.


    The LAST thing we need is a data center being introduced to both use up and taint the water that we DO have in Texas, especially with the heat only getting worse every year.
