Lakes going down, aquifers dropping, Texas is running out of water. And yet, AI data centers, billionaires, and other Wall Street oligarchs are coming to mess with Texas’ water. We need a Texas Agriculture Commissioner who keeps Texas water for Texans, not for Wall Street profits.

    Stop the data centers. They take up too much of the limited resources we are already struggling to manage. What good are jobs if our farmers can’t grow crops or raise livestock because they don’t have enough water? As the Ag Commissioner you should put our farmers and ranchers above everything else. The farmers and ranchers are our foundation.

    Texans dont want data centers destroying our land, taking our already stressed natural resources! I it has to stop somewhere mega factories and data centers are not worth depleting our land and destroying our environment and turning our community into a nightmare

    There’s a proposed data center in Mustang Ridge, Texas, that’s not getting much attention. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’m glad someone like you is taking action to make a change. I’m deeply upset and completely against this project and the impact it will have on our water supply. We’re already under restrictions right now!

    We dont have enough water for ANY more new building. Texas needs a moratorium on new buildings of any kind. Fix what you have or buy existing. We cannot survive w/out h2o
