    To replenish an aquifer soil needs to hold water long enough for it to percolate to the water table. Water will be in danger as long as the soil is damaged.

    We have seen a slow decline in water resources over the last decade, plus. Due to development and industry. We see lakes, resident water wells, farms, and rivers drying up completely. How can the sucking of millions of gallons of water by a single data center be acceptable? It is not at any cost.
