Protect Water - Clayton Tucker for TX Ag Commissioner Skip navigation

Water

Lakes going down, aquifers dropping, Texas is running out of water. And yet, AI data centers, billionaires, and other Wall Street oligarchs are coming to mess with Texas’ water. We need a Texas Agriculture Commissioner who keeps Texas water for Texans, not for Wall Street profits.

Just found out our city manager signed a contract to start hauling our water from our little town to 3 different sites involved in the A-I business.

We have been in a drought for how many years? Yet a data center that uses millions of gallons of water is approved? Make it make sense. AI is really not that important.

Water is a public safety issue. These are TRIBAL LANDS per 1856 TREATIES. You don’t have legal standing, JURISDICTIONs, or TITLES. THESE are PUBLIC ASSETS not for private equity, PORTFOLIOs. It’s a class action Municipality PATTERNS. College boards sit on zoning and water boards they all have conflicts of interest with foreign govts and influence for oil and gas. It’s FTC ANTITRUST MONOPOLIZATION putting small farmers and businesses out of business. In Medical Marijuana, Inc. v. Horn (April 2025), the Supreme Court ruled that a plaintiff under the RICO Act only needs to prove their “business or property” was harmed, expanding potential for litigation in the industry.
